Confidential Information: For the purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" means any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information disclosed by one party ("Disclosing Party") to the other ("Receiving Party") in connection with a Digital Product Catalog listing, a Custom Digital Product Package, or any communication relating to an Order and Deliverable. This includes but is not limited to business plans, technical data, product designs, source files, pricing strategies, customer data, and intellectual property.
B. Obligations of Confidentiality: The Receiving Party agrees to:
a. Use the Confidential Information solely for the purposes related to the performance or receipt of services on MasarHub;
b. Not disclose, share, or publish the Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party;
c. Take reasonable measures to protect the secrecy and avoid disclosure or unauthorized use of the Confidential Information, at least as rigorous as those the Receiving Party uses to protect its own confidential information.
Exclusions: Confidential Information does not include information that:
a. Is or becomes publicly known through no breach of this clause;
b. Is lawfully received from a third party without breach of any obligation;
c. Is independently developed by the Receiving Party without use of or reference to the Confidential Information;

Both parties agree that a breach may cause irreparable harm and that monetary damages may not be sufficient remedy.
1. CHARGEBACK
By proceeding with a payment on the Website, you confirm that you are the lawful holder or authorized user of the credit/debit card, bank account, or any other payment method used. You accept full responsibility for the use of your payment method and acknowledge that MasarHub is not liable for any unauthorized, fraudulent, or improper use of such methods.
You agree that any dispute regarding the quality, suitability, or delivery of any Deliverable must be addressed directly with the Seller. MasarHub acts solely as an intermediary Website and is not the creator or provider of the Deliverables unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You further agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through your card provider, bank, or payment gateway where:
● the transaction was authorized by you or a party with access to your account;
● the Deliverable was provided as described by the Seller;
● dissatisfaction with the Deliverable does not amount to fraud, non-receipt, or a legal breach by MasarHub.
While you retain any rights provided under applicable law or card network rules, you acknowledge and accept that initiating false, fraudulent, or abusive chargebacks may:
● constitute a material breach of this Agreement;
● result in suspension or termination of your MasarHub account;
● entitle MasarHub to seek reimbursement for any costs, losses, or fees incurred due to such chargebacks, including legal and administrative expenses;
● lead to legal action where necessary to recover losses.
In the event of a chargeback or dispute, you agree to cooperate fully with MasarHub and its payment processing partners to resolve the issue, including providing transaction evidence, communication with the Seller, and any other supporting documentation.
MasarHub shall not be made a party to any chargeback proceedings unless legally required to do so. In such cases, MasarHub’s role shall be limited to providing transaction records and Website data. MasarHub is not required to prove the legitimacy of the Seller’s Deliverable unless it is the Seller itself.
This provision shall be interpreted in compliance with all applicable consumer protection laws, banking regulations, and card network rules. Nothing in this section shall be deemed to override any non-waivable consumer rights under law.
1. TAXES
Each Buyer and Seller is solely responsible for determining and fulfilling their tax obligations arising from transactions conducted on the MasarHub Website, including but not limited to value-added tax (VAT), income tax, or any other applicable tax or regulatory compliance as per the laws of their respective jurisdictions.
